Born in Jalgaon & completing a Diploma from the village was a quiet safe & satisfying life. But the real game-changer started in Engineering from Lonavala, Pune. I entered this big city with a small & afraid heart. Frustrated with the notion that I wasn't able to speak 'E' of English, I was finally going to quit Engineering as this was not my piece of cake & run back to the safe place 'my village’. That night after weeping tears it struck me "Boss, If you run today, you will be having a safe, satisfied but non-progressive life" & these last 3 words made me stay in Pune & gave me the strength to fight rising problems. Peers cracked fun of my English in this unsuitable nature but exhaling & letting it go was what I could do. In Engineering colleges students host clubs likewise there was an 'IEEE' club in our college with brilliant minds working in it. And I wished to be a part of it. But I was still drowning in the ocean of English. To be Frank my mind was more creative so I decided to solve my own problems of English by reading various books & watching videos. I used to literally call customer care and converse with them. Slowly and steadily I solved this problem and finally came out of the English barrier or prison. Meanwhile, I contacted my preplacement officer (PPO) & told my idea of forming a new club ‘Spark' for improving communication or soft skills of final-year students which will help students get placed in their dream companies. PPO supported but there was no one with me except a friend of mine. We started highlighting the club's importance in each class of College. 

Being Frank we got only 4 new admits in our club & by PPO's grace(God's too) he then supported us back and advertised our club in training and placement groups. And our club 'Dream Spark' bloomed like a flower from 2 to 4 & then 20 people. We a group of 20 were responsible for getting 30-40 students placed on campus and we were really appreciated. A minor personal reason for starting this group was a GIRL who was my crush 😍 & to impress her I used to take on leadership, manage team & I realized that I can be a little ahead in leadership and management skills along with my technical skills. My friend Jeevan suggested that I had a good thought process & I was also able to express it well but if expressed in front of a large audience that would create a huge impact. So I joined a theatre group in college but got rejected at first but after requesting a 2min role I created an attractive image of mine on stage & then I started getting wide roles & was able to express my thoughts in front of 1000's. In the final year, there is an aptitude test that needed to be cleared to get placed in a company but it contained 'Maths' which was my weak section & thus lost the opportunity of getting placed in 3 companies where 70-80% of my friends got placed. I got depressed as I always thought of having a job & entrepreneurship never tingled my mind. After a while, I got placed in Syntel with 4LPA  & thought things have finally started to work. Parents got Happy, wasted many hours playing PUBG. But I realized I always wanted to do unique things. If I established 'Dream Spark' Club in college & develop students why can't I have a startup with this model & help students across various colleges! & my first startup ‘Dream Spark' came into being. This startup got great feedback across all colleges. Syntel placement was getting delayed but I wanted things to go fast so I started giving interviews and got placed in a company 'Logiquad'. Again thought things have started to fall in place. But somehow my mind was kicking me as I was not able to give time to 'Dream Spark’. So after my job I use to give more 3-4 hours at home to my startup. At Logiquad I observed how a startup grows up. So whatever work 'Dream Spark' needed I used to work first in 'Logiquad'.I wanted 'Dream Spark' to rise digitally. So I started to learn digital marketing a lot & then I learned it so much that I had a clear vision that yes now I can bring 'Dream Spark' digitally. But as Microsoft had its own domain ‘Digital Dream' due to copyright issues I switched the name to 'Logyana Solutions'.8-10 hours on weekends,3-4 hours on weekdays was in process. My 2Business Partners 'Swapnil & Pawan' helped Logyana reach the next level step by step without whom Logyana wouldn't have existed. We met various clients, went to job fairs. Started getting leads but we used to get less than Rs10000/month which wasn't sufficient for 3 people. But we decided to rise and shine so we worked on each and every aspect & after lots of failures we started getting clients with around Rs15000/client. My friend 'Bushan' helped a lot in generating leads and would help me in any way possible. We had called over 1000 Business clients & then got a good project. But empty/low pockets failed us to fulfill client requirements & had a failure again. So we built a new team and we chose interns as a source of growing 'Logyana' & we rose back again & started earning a better amount & 'Bushan's company & my company tied up & I used to represent Bhushan's company whereas He used to help my company grow technically & analytically. Finally, we got a client paying Lakhs & my energy boosted & now after such a struggle 'Logyana' started to get many clients in website development, lead generation, digital marketing, etc & now the rush is so much that we have new business clients on pending list!!. We launched products for schools, doctors & fields where there is a need in this Covid-19 situation. Before launching our product 'Apna Website' we got the support of around 1200 people & a startup India recognition from the Government of India. From Being frustrated in early Engineering days & today employing 10+people & 30+ interns in our own company 'Logyana'  we will continue to rise and shine.This doesn't mean we are a big startup now but slowly things are going good and matching with expectations. 

Doing a Job is Good 👍 but creating a startup is more better 🤞, Why? Because you do a job for yourself but you do a startup for fulfilling people's need.If I can provide bread and butter to my employees as well as Business clients that is more satisfying than a job. 

Whenever you are going to quit, hold a bit 

The more it is dark at night, the brighter is the coming day.So stay positive in your darkest moments no matter what you are facing hold on a bit stay focused on your goals and no matter whatever distractions are coming your way, you are an unstoppable force!

As rightly said by Walt Disney, “All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them.”
