Harshal Mahajan  Entrepreneur, CEO Logyana Solutions,Pune. Linkedin Profile   Born in Jalgaon & completing a Diploma from the village was a quiet safe & satisfying life. But the real game-changer started in Engineering from Lonavala, Pune. I entered this big city with a small & afraid heart. Frustrated with the notion that I wasn't able to speak 'E' of English, I was finally going to quit Engineering as this was not my piece of cake & run back to the safe place ' my village ’. That night after weeping tears it struck me "Boss, If you run today, you will be having a safe, satisfied but non-progressive life " & these last 3 words made me stay in Pune & gave me the strength to fight rising problems. Peers cracked fun of my English in this unsuitable nature but exhaling & letting it go was what I could do. In Engineering colleges students host clubs likewise there was an 'IEEE' club in our college with brilliant minds working...

Rambabu Sharma  Founder of Youth Empowerment Foundation yefindia.org   If you complain about not having enough resources, the only resource that matters is the same for all ‘ TIME ’.   It’s hard to spend your productive hours working as child labour to support your family and still manage to complete education. Early days in Bihar were quite challenging, especially for someone who has come up from a very humble background. My journey started in a remote village of Bihar. I had to learn the word “responsibility’ very early on in my life. To meet the financial constraints in the family I had to take a break from formal education and sell my labour in the markets. As difficult my childhood was, I did not get an easy berth in my youth as well. Getting a good higher education in my village was quite impossible. Leaving Bihar at the age of 14 to come to Delhi was one of the important decisions in my life. To get settled in Delhi I had to work in the factories of Kirti Nagar. Bu...

Pravin Dinkar Jadhav [Shagun Industries Private Limited.] www.shagun-diecast.com " Sapne vo nahi hai jo hum neend me dekhte hai, sapne vo hote hai jo hume sone nahi dete " "My entrepreneurial journey started way back in 1992 when I completed my mechanical engineering. I was studying at VIT college and during the initial 2 years of my engineering, I used to walk to my college. Later, I managed to buy a cycle and used to travel by cycle. Although, traveling to college was difficult as there was no shortcut for my college and the roads were not developed then. Most of the road was covered by trees and there was a big canal on my way to college. By the time I used to make it to college, my shoes and my trousers would cover in the mud. There was a tap outside my college, I used to wash my shoes and legs there and attend lectures. My family was back in Palghar, my home town. I stayed with my grandmother in Katraj, Pune. Completing engineering at that time was a tough task for...

Padhai, Kitabe,Degree…..  Oh, stop, please!! ☝️ This was my condition back then It all started way back in school when all my friends use to dream of becoming an engineer, a doctor, a lawyer, and whatnot. But these dreams never even struck my mind. The only dream was to become successful.. successful  After school reopened, we friends use to discuss how we spent our summer vacations, some enjoyed in Mahabaleshwar while some in Konkan. Belonging from a struggling middle-class family my summer vacation was simple: playing with siblings or going to relatives place(Chatar-fatar)...       I still remember I used to ask my friends what was their parents' profession and the majority said that their father was a BUSINESSMAN and believe me or not Cheers to that word!! That's the day I decided that I will also be a businessman so that I will also take my kids for an ou...

Souv i k Mukhopadhyay, [INTERN at ANAR APP,  IIM LUCKNOW,  JADHAVPUR UNIVERSITY] Linkedin: (   Souvik Mukhopadhyay   ) “ We regret to inform you that you have not been selected …”   How many times have you failed?? Have you ever said to yourself that you are too old to try further? Have you ever said to yourself this is not a cup of your tea!   Moreover, how many times have you risen after having a great fall?   I have not been a very different person in terms of reacting to failures until I decided to prepare for CAT and pursue an MBA.   An engineer from a college with good repute, opting for MBA is not a very uncommon thing, but the journey of getting into IIM Lucknow ( AKA hel(L)) was quite enriching and challenging, that I thought to share with you.   In 2015, with a decent & satisfying job I appeared CAT ‘casually’ for the first time & landed with a score of less than 85 percentile.   It was 2016 when I took CAT...
